摘要
采用毛细管柱气相色谱法,通过选择色谱柱,柱温等优化色谱条件,使丁二酸二异丙酯与有机杂质得以完全分离,采用峰面积归一化法分析丁二酸二异丙酯的纯度。方法的相对标准偏差为0.071%,验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性。
Organic impurities could be completely separated in diisoproyl succinate by Capillary Column gas chromatography with the operating conditions optimized including the selection of chromatographic column and column temperature. The purity of diisoproyl succinate is analyzed with peak area normalization method, with RSD (n=10) 0.071% which is proved to be feasible and reliable.
