白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎疗效观察

The curative effect and observation on the baihu cheng qi tang oral liqid in treating infantile acute pneumonia

目的 :探讨中药白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎的疗效。方法 :对 1 1 6例小儿急性肺炎在常规西药治疗的同时给与白虎承气汤口服液治疗 ,同时以 96例小儿急性肺炎单纯使用西药治疗为对照组 ,对两组病例的主要临床指标进行统计学分析。结果 :白虎承气汤口服液组在退热、止咳、平喘、祛痰和通便的疗效及治愈时间均明显优于纯西药组。结论 :白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎服药方便 ,疗效确切 ,为中西医结合治疗小儿急性肺炎拓宽了道路。
