MRA诊断颅内动脉瘤与MRI、CT对照

摘要 目的 :评价 MRA对颅内动脉瘤诊断的优势。方法 :对本院 1 4例经手术证实的颅内动脉瘤的 MRA表现进行分析 ,并与 MRI及 CT表现进行比较。结果 :1 4例颅内动脉瘤具特征性 MRA及 MRI表现 ,其定性诊断能力优于 CT,MRA在显示瘤体及载瘤动脉方面优于 MRI。结论 :MRA是检出直径 >3mm的颅内动脉瘤的最佳诊断方法之一。 Objective:To evaluate the advantage of MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms Methods: MRA appearance were analyzed and compared with MRI and CT findings in the 14 patients confirmed by surgery Results:MRI showed the characteristic appearance of intracranial aneurysms in 14 cases,and both MRA and MRI were superior to CT in the diagnosis of aneurysms MRA successfully depicted liable aneurysms and their parent arteries Conclusion:MRA is the best nontraumatic measure in the detection of aneurysms larger than 3mm
