急性心肌梗塞患者血小板计数及平均血小板体积的观察

Research on the blood platelet count and the mean platelet volume in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的 :观察和分析急性心肌梗塞 ( AMI)时血小板计数 ( BPC)及平均血小板体积 ( MPV)的变化。方法 :用 MICRO- OT- 1 8型全自动血细胞分析仪对 52例 AMI患者的 BPC和 MPV进行测定 ,并与 50例健康查体者的检测值做对照。结果 :发现 AMI患者的 BPC比对照组显著减少 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,MPV比对照组显著增大 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :AMI患者冠状动脉血栓的形成可能与 MPV增大有一定关系 ,而与血小板的数量关系不大。

Objective: To observe the changes in parameters of the blood platelets in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) Methods: The blood platelet count(BPC)and the mean platelet volume(MPV)were measured by the MICRO OT 18 style hematological autoanalyser in 52 patients with AMI, and 50 normal subjects as control group Results: It find out that the BPC of the patients with AMI was significantly reduced ( P <0 01) and the MPV of these patients was significantly larger ( P< 0 05) than the control group Conclusion: The coronary thrombosis of the patients with AMI may be concerned with the increase of the platelet volume, but there is not relations with the quantity of the platelet
