摘要
武汉长江隧道工程盾构施工近距离下穿省级文物保护建筑-鲁兹故居,且盾构接收井深基坑距该建筑也非常近。工程施工中采取了综合保护技术,即通过变更设计将深基坑避开至安全距离以外、对结构进行上部加固和基底加固以及运用盾构下穿浅埋建筑物掘进控制技术等措施,保证了该建筑的安全和工程的顺利实施。
The original design of the shielded tunnel of Yangtze River Crossing project will be in a close proximity below a pro- tected culture heritage building, the Roots' former Residence. Further, the receiving pit of the shielded tunneling is very close to this building. A comprehensive precaution measures are adapted in the tunnel construction in order to preserve this building: The original tunnel receiving pit location was moved away; the super structure and the foundation of this building were strengthened; and the shallow buried shielded tunneling undercrossing technique was also applied. The construction results in- dicate that these controlling measures are successful.
