摘要
采用光学显微镜,选取兔毛,狐狸毛,貉子毛等为试样,对这几种纤维的纵向截面形态、髓腔占整个纤维的比例以及有髓纤维占试样的比例进行测量和比较。结果表明,狐狸毛有髓纤维比例均达到了95%以上,兔毛在70%左右,貉子绒在60%上下;狐狸毛髓腔比例占整根纤维的2/3以上,貉子毛1/2以下。通过测量髓腔比例和有髓纤维比例,鉴别这几种特种动物纤维具有一定的可行性。

The results show that the proportion of fox myelinated fibers are up more than 95% , rabbit myelinated fibers are around 70% ,raccoon fibers are around 60%; marrow cavity proportion accounted of fox bibers are more than 2/3 of the fibers, raccoon fibers are less than 1/2. It is feasible to identify these types of specialty animal fibers by measuring the medullary cavity proportion and the proportion ofmyelinated fibers.
