在棉纺厂工艺设备配置设计之前,首先要明确建设单位的建设规模、产品方案以及拟选用设备的规格型号,了解选用设备的具体参数;其次,还要综合考虑项目的总图方案、建筑结构形式和空调除尘形式等。在工艺设备配置计算过程中,可根据实际生产情况,对相关设备数量进行必要的调整,以满足工艺设备对产品的适应性以及生产操作和管理的要求。

Before start the design of technology and equipment disposing at the cotton fac- tory, we need to clarify the construction capacity, production and the model specification of the equipment that intends to choose. Secondly, we need to take overall consideration to the aspects like general plan, construction structure, air-conditioning and dust-cleaning etc. During the calculation of technology and equipment disposing, a necessary readjust- ments on the quantity of relative equipments should be made according to the production conditions, in this way it can meet the request on the suitability of products, production operation and on-site management.
