采用MVC架构模式等相关技术,以农村信息化管理需求为基础,从实际管理出发,开发具有党群管理、人口管理、资源管理、社会事务管理等八大功能的全面、集成、标准化的农村管理信息系统,实现村委会日常办公信息化、自动化和标准化,提高办公效率、降低管理费用。

Uses the MVC architectural pattern and other related technologies, based on a rural information management needs, development with eight functions of the Party management, population man- agement, resource management, social affairs management rural management information sys- tems, to improve office efficiency and reduce management costs for village committee.
