“案例教学法”在医学统计学教学中的应用研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在医学统计学教学中的应用效果。方法整群抽取临床医学专业大三8个班级共223名本科生作为研究对象,其中4个班112人作为实验组实施案例教学法,另外4个班111人作为对照组实施传统教学模式。课程结束后就教学效果对学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组对医学统计学感兴趣的学生有95人(占84.8%),认识到医学统计学重要性的学生有98人(占87.5%),对教学方式感到满意的学生有89人(占79.5%),均高于对照组(均有P<0.05)。实验组的考试成绩也比对照组高(P=0.001)。结论案例教学法能够提高学生学习兴趣,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,在医学统计学教学中比传统教学更具优势。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of case teaching method in medical statistics teaching. Methods 223 juniors of clinical medicine were selected by random cluster sampling. Out of them, 112 students accepted case teaching as an experimental group while 111 students were taught by traditional teaching method as a control group. Questionnaire investigation was conducted to compare teaching effect between the two groups after the end of the course. Results The investigation results showed that the proportion of the interest of medical statistics (84. 8% ), understanding the importance of the course (87.5%), and the satisfaction of teaching (79.5%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group. The examination score of the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The case teaching method could raise students' interest in medical statistics learning and improve their ability to analyse and solve problems, so it tends to have the advantage over traditional teaching method.
