Improving the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal injury

目的 提高腹部损伤的诊治水平。方法 介绍腹部损伤诊断治疗中应注意的问题。结果与结论 腹部损伤中多发伤多 ,死亡率高 ;腹部损伤的诊断要注意临床征象和采用简易可行的检查方法 ,避免延误诊治 ;应注意总结经验 ,学习新知识、新进展 ,并加强实践 。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal injury(AI). Methods Some aspects should be paid attention to in the diagnosis and treatment of AI. Results and Conclusions ⑴ In AI, the incidence of injuries of multiple organs occur is high, and with high mortality. ⑵ In the diagnosis of AI, attention should be paid to clinical presentation; and the examination should be available and easy to do, to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment. ⑶ In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of AI, attention should be paid to summarize the clinical experience, learn the new knowledge and progress, and strengthen practice.
