Similar to the situation in China, there is also a phenomenon of feminization of elderly home care in other countries of the world. International communities have increasingly emphasized the irreplaceable features of family to provide for the aged. Through the development of a number of international plans of action and international conventions, it is strongly advocated that governments should provide policy support for female family caregivers. Some developed countries and regions to provide policy support for the development of women caregivers have become important considerations in its development of elderly care policy. They provide a relatively comprehensive system of protection for women aged family caregivers through the development of the legal system at the national level, the supportive policies at the government level, and at the enterprise level to fulfill their social responsibility.
