摘要
20世纪90年代以来,随着全球高等教育体系及其外部环境的变迁,以及治理理论的兴起,大学治理再度成为国外高等教育领域的重要议题。这一时期的高等教育理论研究凸显了对大学治理中"人"的因素的关注,更加注重对治理中的非正式组织、组织文化等所谓"软治理"因素的研究;相应地,研究内容则主要集中于大学治理的基本理论研究、大学治理过程中特定成员群体的参与及其实效、大学治理结构及其实际效能、大学治理对大学发展的影响等方面,诸如"软治理"、"共治模式"和"21世纪大学治理模型"等新的理论命题得以提出。理论研究在分析视角、关注议题和核心命题方面均取得了积极的进展。
Since the 1990s, with the change of the global higher education system and its external environment and the prevalence of the governance theory, university governance has become an important topic in the field of foreign higher education once again. The academic study in this period has highlighted the concern on persons in u niversity governance, and paid more attention to the study of the informal organization and the organizational culture and other "soft governance" factors. The study has mainly focused on basic theoretical research, the participation of specific groups, university governance structure and its actual performance. Accordingly, some new theoretical propositions such as "soft governance", "mode of shared governance" and "the 21 st century university governance model" have been p analysis perspective roposed The theoretical research has made progress in such aspects as theoretical perspective, and key viewpoints.
