基于规划视角的重庆公租房建设研究

Construction of Public Rental Housing in Chongqing in the Perspective of Planning

公租房建设是我国住房保证体系中的重要组成部分。重庆作为公租房建设的试点城市,有很多经验值得借鉴和学习。本文在详细介绍重庆住房现状和公租房基本情况的基础上,着重分析了重庆公租房建设的特点与创新,总结了其公租房发展中的问题,并提出了相应的规划应对措施。

At present, our country is vigorously developing public housing, which i, an important part in housing guarantee system. As a pilot city about it, there is a lo of experience for reference and learning in Chongqing. On the basis of introducin~ housing market and the construction of public housing in Chongqing, this papeJ analyzes the characteristic of public housing and the problems in the development, ant then advances the ways to solve them in planning.
