基于WiFi构建电力应急卫星通信系统的技术实现

摘要 为提高应对突发事件的能力,安徽省电力公司建设了基于WiFi构建电力应急卫星通信系统。本文提出了WiFi快速组网和自动桥接通信方案,实现了应急区域与指挥中心通信通道快速建立。通过研制了双码流自动调节功能的WiFi多媒体系统移动便携箱,可以将应急区域语音视频、数据双向实时多业务信息灵活采集和处理,利用卫星通信技术传送到指挥中心,解决了公网中断的情况下应急通信平台快速组建及卫星带宽不足情况下语音视频、数据实时流畅传输。 In order to improve the ability to respond to emergencies, Anhui Provincial Electric Power Company construction electric field emergency satellite communications system based on the WiFi.
