摘要
针对我国中继卫星系统组网备份策略问题,在分析国外中继卫星系统有关情况,尤其是美国中继卫星系统组网备份策略的基础上,讨论了我国中继卫星系统组网备份的途径,针对我国实际情况提出了目前宜采用发射备份星进行备份的策略,后续应考虑具备轨位漂移能力实现系统重构的备份策略。分析了我国组网备份的技术能力,研究了轨位漂移、多星共位控制和规划调整等技术手段,提出了为具备漂移能力而带来的技术问题及其解决途径,并指出了后续研究的方向。
Following analysis of the networking and backup strategy of foreign TDRSS (Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System) systems, especially the TDRSS system of the U. S. , discussions are given on the networking and backup strategy of China's TDRSS system. It is proposed that launch of backup satellites is a more appropriate way of backup for the present while more considerations should be given to reconfiguration of the TDRSS constellation based on satellite orbit drift capability in the future. The technical capabilities for networking and backup of China^s TDRSS system are analyzed, including orbit drift, multi-satellite co-location, planning and adjusting capability. Key technical approaches to acquire orbit drift capability are summarized. Finally, promising areas of research in the field in the near future are pointed out.
