多通道人工耳蜗植入患者声场听阈测试结果分析

Outcome Analysis of The Free Field Hearing Threshold Measurements in Patients With Multi-channel Cochlear Implant

目的 探讨声场测试对多通道人工耳蜗植入术后听觉评估的意义。方法 对 11例Nucleus多通道人工耳蜗植入患者定期进行声场听阈测试 ,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果 全部患者声场测试 (啭音 )听阈为 15～40dB(nHL) ,语后聋组术后半年声场听阈明显低于同期语前聋组 (P <0 .0 1) ,语前聋组术后一年的声场听阈比术后半年时显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,接近语后聋组半年时的听觉水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 多通道人工耳蜗植入患者语言频率声场听阈值达到了日常交谈的水平 ;

Objective To investigate the value of postoperative hearing assessment by using the free field audiometre in patients with multi-channel cochlear implant.Methods Eleven patients were subjected to periodic the free field hearing thres-hold measurements after Nucleus multi-channel cochlear implantation.The outcomes were analyzed statistically.Results The threshold of the free field hearing threshold(warble)ranged between 15～40 dB(nHL),with the threshold in post-lingual deafness patients at six months after the surgery lower than that in pre-lingual deafness patients( P<0.01 ).The threshold of pre-lingual patients at one year after the surgery significantly declined in comparison to the threshold at six months( P<0.01 ),with a value similar to that in post-lingual patients at six months after the surgery ( P >0.05).Conclusion The free field hearing threshold at language frequencies in the patients implanted with multi-channel cochlea could satisfy the need for daily conversation.The free field measurement in cochlea implant patients possesses valuse for the postoperative auditory assessment.
