高校青年教师思想政治状况与党员发展工作的研究——以佳木斯大学为例

The Research of Young College Teachers’ Ideological and Political Status and Work of Party Member Development——Take Jiamusi University as Example

高校青年教师的思想政治及道德行为对大学生有着直接的影响,佳木斯大学青年教师占全校教职工总数的34%,青年教师党员占党员总数的35%,掌握青年教师的思想脉搏,积极吸收优秀青年教师加入党组织是新时期加强基层党组织建设,积极发挥党员先锋模范作用的重要任务。

Young college teachers＇ ideological and moral behavior have a direct influence on college students. The young teachers account for 34% of the total number of school staff in Jiamnsi university, also young teachers constitute 35% of the total number of Party members. Thus, understanding young teachers＇ ideological and positively recruiting outstanding young teachers in joining the Party organization is the main task in reinforcing the construction of basic level Party organization and actively exerting Party members＇ pioneer exemplary function.
