维持性血液透析患者人体成分分析 被引量:6

摘要 人体成分的分析方法有多种,如体重指数法(BMI)、皮褶厚度测量法、水下称重法、总体钾法、生物电阻抗法、双能X线吸收法(DXA)、空气置换体积描记法等。生物电阻抗法(BIA)测量人体体成分已有30多年的历史了,根据人体成分含水量不同,对电的导电性不同,通过导入一定频率的电流,测量人体的电阻值可间接测量人体的组成成分。国外不少研究证实,该法能客观、准确地测定人体组成。
