人椎间盘髓核组织工程研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 腰痛是老年人群中的常见病和多发病，构成了一个可观的流行病学和经济学问题。尽管目前医学的诊断及治疗技术不断进步，但随老年人逐渐增多，发病率表现为上升趋势。腰痛造成极大的经济负担，在英国每年导致花费120亿英镑，美国为1000亿美元。尽管引起腰痛的原因有许多，但是一个很明显的原因是与椎间盘（IVD）的退变密切相关。组织工程提供了将已退变的椎间盘恢复正常功能的方法，
