钙调神经磷酸酶与心肌肥厚的研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 心肌肥厚是临床上高血压、心肌梗死等心血管疾病共有的病理过程。初期有一定的代偿作用,晚期可以导致心律失常、猝死、心力衰竭。研究表明:心肌肥厚的启动和发展与多条细胞信息通道有关,如钙调神经磷酸酶系统(CaN)、蛋白激酶C(PKC)系统、Wnt信号通路、丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)系统、mir—RNAl33和磷脂酰肌醇3(P13K)介导的信号系统等。近年研究CaN系统在心肌肥厚的研究成为热点,本文就CaN系统在心肌肥厚研究中作一综述。
