Application of Modern Techniques of Extraction in Radix Codonopsis

现代提取工艺在中药物质基础及药理活性研究中占有重要地位,酶法、超声提取、微波提取和超临界流体提取法已经在党参有效成分提取中发挥重要作用.本文对以上4种方法在党参中的应用及其特点进行了综述.

Modern techniques of extraction occupy an important position in the researches on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Chinese medicine. Several modern techniques, such as the extractions of enzymatic, ultrasonic, microwave and supercritical- fluid, have been widely applied in the extraction of effective ingredients of the Codonopsis. This article reviews the application of the four techniques mentioned above in the extraction of Radix Codonopsis.
