摘要
中国现代文学史的编纂在30多年的过程中经历了回到《新民主主义论》、突破《新民主主义论》、"重写文学史"讨论、建构"20世纪中国文学史"这样四个回合。先是在现代文学内部不断增添作为"点"的新作家;然后构成"线";然后把本来被认为不属于现代文学的成分添加到现代文学史中来,形成一种"面"的扩展;最后随着现代文学史编纂的版图逐渐扩大,形成了具有丰富性、立体感的"体"。
The compilation of modem Chinese literature during the past 30 years has undergone the following four rounds: First, going back to New -democratic theory, then, breaking through it, thirdly discussing the "re-writing of literary history", and fourthly constructing a history of the twentieth -century Chinese litera- ture. At the very beginning, new writers are introduced as individual points; then they form into a string (a group) of writers; again elements not of modem Chinese literature are added to become one of its aspects ( genres, styles and schools) ; and finally with the expansion of the domain in its compilation, a rich and deep -textured mass or substance (the whole of literary history) is given birth to gradually.
