Probe in Psychological Education Mechanism of College Students' Entrepreneurship

结合当前大学生创业力心理的发展现状和教育机制,通过文献研究、问卷调查、个案访谈等方法,揭示上海市大学生创业的现状和存在问题,并结合国家相应法规政策,提出有效的培养机制和对策建议,以提高大学生创业力水平及成功率,切实缓解就业压力,有效推进高校大学生的良好自主创业和全社会的创新发展。

Through literature research, questionnaire, interview and other research methods, the present paper explores the status of＇ college students＇ entrepreneurship and its educational mechanism, demonstrating the present situation and existing problems for college students＇ entrepreneurship, and puts forward nurturing mechanisms and practical countermeasures in accordance with relevant national laws and policies so as to im- prove the level of their entrepreneurial competence and its rate of success and truly ease their employment pressure, and finally to effectively enhance the level of their entrepreneurship and the innovation development of the whole society.
