MVP方案联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

Short term effects of MVP regimen combined with radiotherapy for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer:ananalysis of 52 Cases

目的 :评价MVP(丝裂霉素、长春地辛、顺铂 )方案联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 :52例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用MVP方案化疗并加用60 Co照射。化疗 2个周期 ,胸部放疗总量 60Gy ,远处转移灶的放疗量视病灶部位而定。结果 :2 5例完全缓解 (CR ) ,17例获部分缓解 (PR) ,有效率为 80 8% (CR +PR)。对最初化疗敏感的病例疗效好 ,尤其CR率较高。结论 :MVP方案与放疗联用能明显提高肿瘤缓解率 ,改善生存质量 。

Objective:To evaluate the immediate response of chemotherapy with MVP (mitomycin,vindesine,cisplatin)combined with radiotherapy for advanced nonsmallcell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:52 patients with advanced NSCLC were entered into a prospective study of MVP regimem chemotherapy plus radiothetapy (RT).The patients received 2 courses of MVP and 60 Gy irradiation to chest.The irradiative dosage was given according to the area of focus for distant metastasis.Results:25 patients achieved complete remission (CR) and 17 partial remission(PR).Total response rate was 808%.It demonstrated that better effect especially higher CR was achieved for patients which sensitive to previous chemotherapy.Conclusions:MVPRT regimen offers superior response and living quality in patients with advanced NSCLC.It′s worth of further studing.
