摘要
目的:通过检测乳腺浸润性导管癌中KLF4、p21、p53、APC及CyclinD-1的表达情况,探讨它们与该肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测乳腺浸润性导管癌(有淋巴结转移者或无淋巴结转移者)及乳腺良性病变(纤维腺病或纤维腺瘤)中KLF4、p21、p53、APC及CyclinD-1蛋白的表达水平。结果:(1)KLF4蛋白阳性表达率随乳腺浸润性导管癌的组织学分级、TNM分期、肿瘤大小、不同年龄依次递增(P<0.05),p21表达率随淋巴结转移和APC表达率随TNM分期依次递增(P<0.05);(2)KLF4与p21表达呈正相关(P<0.01);(3)KLF4、p53、p21、CyclinD1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率明显高于其在良性病变中的表达率(P<0.05),而APC的表达率明显低于其在良性病变中的表达率(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺浸润性导管癌内KLF4、p21、APC的表达与其临床病理特征相关。
Objective: To examine the expression of Klf4, p21, p53, APC,and CyclinD-1 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma (BIDC), and to explore the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological features of this carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Klf4, p21, p53, APC, and CyclinD-1 protein in BIDC ( with or without lymph node metastasis), and benign breast lesions (fiber adenosis or fiber adenoma). Results: (1) The expression levels of KLF4 protein in BIDC increased with the increase of histological grade, TNM staging,tumor size and patient age ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The expression levels of p21 were higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those in patients without lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The APC expression level increased with the increase of TNM stage ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; ( 2 ) The expression of KLF4 were positively correlated with those of p21 (P 〈0. 01 ) ; (3) The levels of KLF4, p53, p21 and CyclinD-1 were obviously higher and the expression of APC was obviously lower in BIDC than those in benign breast lesions (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: The expression levels of Klf4, p21, and APC in BIDC are correlated with its clinicopathologic features.
