溃疡性结肠炎患者回肠贮袋肛管吻合术后并发症分析 被引量：2

摘要 全结直肠切除，回肠贮袋肛管吻合手术（ilealpouchanalanastonlosis，IPAA），彻底切除结直肠，同时保留肛门自制功能．兼顾了治愈效和生活质量，足溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerativet-olitis，UC）外科治疗的首选术式，但其存在术后并发症发生率较高的问题，为了更好地推广这项技术，我们对1989—2009年间的96例行IPAA治疗的UC患者进行了系统随访，报道如下。
