GLP-1可拮抗Ghrelin对离体大鼠胰岛分泌胰岛素的抑制

摘要 胰岛素是机体调何血糖水平的主要激素。Ghrelin主要由胃分泌,可增进食欲,促进能量正平衡,调节血糖水平,诸多研究证明,Ghrelin可明显抑制葡萄糖刺激的胰岛豢分泌。
