摘要
目的:观察刺激间隔对颜色冲突诱发的事件相关电位N_(270)的影响。方法:采用美国Neuroscan脑电诱发电位工作站,对15名健康受试者做刺激匹配的事件相关电位研究,要求受试者判断前后两个刺激的颜色是否相同,并作出按键反应,每对刺激以不同的刺激间隔呈现(0ms,150ms,500ms,1000ms),结果:500ms和1000ms状态,当一对刺激的颜色不同时,在第二个刺激出现后约270ms处从头皮可记录到一明显的负波,而在0ms和150ms状态,未见此负波。结论:在不同的刺激间隔,大脑是以不同的机制对冲突信息进行监测、处理的。
In this study, we recorded event-related potentials in the matching-to-sample task. Subjects were asked to discriminate whether the color of the second stimulus (S2) was the same as the first stimulus (S1). The two stimuli of a pair were presented with different interstimulus intervals (Oms, 150ms, 500ms and 1000ms). An obvious negative component about 270ms after the onset of the S2 was elicited when the color of the two stimuli was not identical for the interstimulus intervals of 500ms and 1000ms, but not for the intervals of Oms and 150ms. Results indicated that different mechanism was involved in discriminating the attribute of stimulus pairs.
