摘要
心率变异(Heart rate Variability,HRV)分析,目前被认为是无创性反映植物神经系统活动的指标。本文采用美国Mindray公司生产的DMS—300动态心电图分析系统,用标准差法(Standard deviation NN,SDNN),对100名21~79岁正常人的24hHRV值进行测算,其结果为SDNN:122.69±46.90ms,青中年组(<60岁)平均SDNN131.39ms,老年组(≥60岁)平均SDNN101.66ms。结果显示:HRV青中年人高于老年人。
Analysis on heart rate variability (HRV) was currently regarded as a noninvasive index reflecting activity of vegetative nervous system. In this paper, standard deviation NN (SDNN) is applied for measuring the value of HRV in 100 normal adults (21 - 79 years). SDNN of 24h is 122. 69±46. 90ms in normal adults. Younger and middle aged groups (<60 years) average SDNN is 131. 39ms, Elder group (≥60 years) average SDNN is 101. 66ms. The result showed that HRV is significantly lower in elder group than that in younger and middle aged.
