摘要
目的探讨智能听力筛查系统应用于学龄前儿童听力筛查的意义,并对其筛查结果进行分析。方法使用智能听力筛查系统对18所幼儿园2 185例3~6岁儿童进行听力筛查,筛查不通过者转诊进行纯音测听、声导抗、畸变产物耳声发射检查。结果 2 183例儿童中,听力筛查通过2 013例(92.21%),未通过170例(7.79%),5岁及以上儿童筛查未通过率(4.86%)低于5岁以下儿童(12.43%),实际转诊142人,确诊为听力损失25例,其中传导性听力损失20例(双侧7例,单侧13例),感音神经性听力损失5例(双侧3例,单侧2例)。结论智能听力筛查系统具有操作简便、快速高效、自动判读筛查结果且同步上传等优点,值得在学龄前儿童听力筛查中推广。
Objective This study was to investigate the feasibility of Smart Hearing Screening System as a new hearing screening tool for preschool children and analyze the screening performance. Methods The Smart Hear- ing Screening System was applied to 2 185 children. Children with positive results were referred for diagnostic audio- logical evaluation, including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry and DPOAE assessment. Results A total of 170 children were referred for audiologic assessment. The positive rate of the screening was much higher in 3~4 years old children than in older ones. Further examination of the 142 cases revealed that 20 cases have conductive hearing loss and 5 cases have sensorineural hearing loss. Conclusion The Smart Hearing Screening System is efficient and easy to operate. In addition, it can upload the screening information to the website synchronously and read the results automati- cally. The new screening system holds promise as a useful tool in the hearing screening of preschool children.
