摘要
基于个体差异中的创新意识和自我价值对创新行为问题的研究和分析,提出了个体差异中创新意识与自我价值对创新行为之间关系的结构模型,采用多企业的样本数据,运用SPSS和结构方程模型,实证检验了创新意识和自我价值对创新行为的影响程度,得出创新意识对IS创新行为影响显著,而自我价值对IS创新行为影响不明显的结论。
Through the research and analysis of innovation consciousness, self--value and innovation behavior, this paper proposes a structural model reflecting the relationship of innovation consciousness, self--value and innovation behavior. Adopting sample data from multi--industry and using SPSS and structural model, giving an empirical test for the influence degree of innovation consciousness, self--value to innovation behavior, and comes to the following conclusions: innovation consciousness has significant influences on innovation behavior, while self--value does not have obvious effect on innovation behavior.
