运用系统工程或定量分析的手段,对高速铁路工程项目进行了竞争优势分析、市场前景分析和成本效益分析,并建立了高速铁路工程项目的成本效益模型,对于我国高速铁路的建设和发展具有突出的理论与实际意义。
By means of system engineering or quantitative analysis, competitive advantages of high speed railway construction and development, its market prospects, and cost--benefit were analyzed in turns, and cost--benefit model of high speed railway engineering project was established, so this research had prominent theoretical and practical significances to high speed railway construction and development in our country.
