摘要
构建创新型国家的首要任务是创新型人才培养路径的正确实现,从创新型人才的内涵特征、培养效果影响因素、培养模式构建、存在的主要问题和激励方式、创新型人才培养国外先进经验等多个角度对提升我国创新型人才研究的各项研究成果进行述评,最后提出全文总结和展望。
