知识产权证券化投资意愿的检验:一项实验证据

Testifying the Investors' Investment Intention on the Intellectual Property Securitization:an Experiment Evidence

实验检验了投资者对知识产权证券化的投资意愿,验证了知识产权证券化融资在我国发展的可行性。实验研究发现:利用知识产权进行融资的3种方式中,投资者对知识产权证券化的投资意愿最高;知识产权融资过程中,价值评价主体不同,投资者的投资意愿存在显著差异;投资者感知的价值评估报告的可信度中介了评价主体与投资意愿之间的关系。

This paper employs the experiment method to testify the investors＇ investment intention on the intellectual property securitization, and also verifies the feasibility that the intellectual property securitization has a bright future in China. Our findings are as follows ： （1） the investors＇ investment desire for the intellectual property securitization is the highest among the three methods ; （ 2 ） the investment desire also differs with the various kinds of valuation subjects; （3 ）the investors＇ trust in the valuation assess reports moderate the relationship between the valuation subjects and the investors.
