摘要
目的探讨延颈髓肿瘤病人的运动诱发电位(MEP)变化规律方法对经磁共振成像(MRI)证实的20例延颈髓肿瘤病人进行了电刺激运动诱发电位测试,其中12例术后进行了复查。结果延颈髓肿瘤病人MEP的中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)延长,异常率为100%(20/20),肌力减退愈重,MEP异常愈显著,腹侧肿瘤的MEP异常较侧后方肿瘤的MEP异常更显著,MEP的改变与肌力的改变明显相关。结论MEP改变较临床评估更为敏感,且能反映运动功能的损害程度;MEP可预测预后,能作为评估手术效果的客观指标。
Objective To study the electrical stimulation motor evoked potentials in medullocervical tumors. Method Electrical stimulation motor evoked potentials were recorded in 20 cases with medullocervical tumors proved by MRI. Result The results showed that abnormality rate of MEP was 100%, the ahnormal patterns mainly consisted of the delay of latency, the delay of central motor conduction time (CMCT). The change of MEP is related with myodynamia and the location of medullocervical tumors. Conclusion The change of MEP is more sensitive than clinical change, and can evaluate the damage of the motor function objeetively and quantiatively. MEP can be used as an objective criteria for surgical effect and predict the recovery of motor function.
