The analysis of complications after multiple subpial transection

目的总结多处软膜下横切术（MST）治疗癫痫的手术并发症，并提出新的治疗措施。方法用MST手术治疗顽固性癫痫37例，随访3个月～3年，根据神经系统损害表现并结合影像检查，前后对比判断是否发生并发症，并分析原因。结果MST手术后可以有多种并发症发生，改进治疗方案可以减少并发症的产生。结论MST是一种有效而安全的癫痫手术方法，但仍可导致多种手术后并发症，改进手术及治疗方法可以减少并发症的产生。

Objective To summarize the complications for MST treatment of retractive epilepsy and to improve our treatment.Method 37 patients with retractive epilepsy were treated by MST. After follow-up for 3-36 months, the complications and their causes were investigated by comparing clinical manifestations and the image findings. Result Many kinds of complications might happen after MST and the incidence could be decreased afer improving our treatment accordingly. ConcluSion MST is an effective and safe treatment but may have many complications. The improvement of out treatment can decrease the incidence of complications.
