益生菌治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床研究

Clinical study of probiotics in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨益生菌在治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)中的作用及临床疗效。方法选取非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者120例,随机分为两组。在健康宣教基础上,治疗组给予培菲康口服(840 mg/次,2次/d),对照组不予药物治疗,干预过程为3个月。观察干预前后肝功能指标(ALT、AST、GGT)、内毒素、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平的变化,运用超声直方图技术进行干预前后肝脏脂肪定量分析。结果治疗组干预后肝功能指标、内毒素、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平较干预前明显下降、肝脏脂肪含量明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后比较,治疗组较对照组肝功能指标、内毒素、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平明显下降,肝脏脂肪含量明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌能改善NAFLD患者肠道屏障功能,减轻肝脏损伤及脂肪沉积,疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of probiotics on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods 120 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. During the 3 months clinical experiment, patients in the control group were not given drug treatment and patients in the treatment group were given Lived Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules. Hepatic function indices （ALT,AST,GGT） and endotoxin, diamine oxidase levels were tested, fat contents in livers were evaluated with ultra- sonography prior and post intervention. Results In the treatment group, after intervention, the indices of hepatic func- tion as well as levels of endotoxin and diamine oxidase were significantly lower, meanwhile fat contents in livers were less than before treatment （P 〈 0.05） ; after intervention, the indices of hepatic function as well as levels of endotoxin and diamine oxidase in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, fat contents in livers in the treatment group were also less than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Probioties can improve the barrier function of intestine, and relieve fatty deposition and injury of liver. It is effective in treating NAFLD.
