亚低温对脑出血立体定向引流术后患者S-100B、血糖、乳酸及神经功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究亚低温治疗对高血压脑出血(HIH)立体定向引流术后患者S-100B、血糖、血乳酸、神经功能评分的影响。方法将入选的58例HIH患者随机分为常规组28例和亚低温组30例,两组均给予立体定向引流术,术后分组并给予常规治疗及亚低温治疗。两组患者分别于入院当天、第3 d,5 d,7 d检测S-100B、血糖、血乳酸水平,于入院当天,第2 w,4 w,12 w,24 w,48 w采用欧洲卒中评分量表评估患者的神经功能恢复情况并统计死亡率。结果亚低温组患者S-100B、血糖、血乳酸均显著降低,神经功能评分值提高,两组死亡率无差异。结论亚低温治疗可以促进立体定向引流术后患者神经功能恢复,临床上值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on the S-100B, blood glucose, blood lactate and the neural scores of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (HIH) after stereotactic evacuation. Methods The patients with HIH were randomly divided into control group (28 patients) and treatment group (30 patients). Both of them were treated with stereotactic evacuation and the mild hypotherrnia. In both group S- 100B, blood glucose and blood lactate were measured at admission, at 3 d, 5 d, and 7 d. Neurological functions were evaluated by neurological deficit scale score at admission, 2 w,4 w,12 w,24 w,and 48 w and the mortality was recorded. Results Compared with the control group, S-100B, blood glucose and blood lactate were significantly decreased and the neurological function was improved in treatment group. There was no difference in the mortality between two groups. Conclusion The mild hypothermia can improve the clinical outcome of the patients with HIH after stereotactic evacuation.
