摘要
以儒家思想为根基的韩国传统饮食文化造诣颇深,其饮食之道中遵守的"长幼有序"、"男女有别"等道德规范以及待客之礼、宴饮之礼、进食之礼等传统礼节推动了韩国传统小盘家具的发展,造就了适应不同功能、场合、使用者的独特小盘家具。传统小盘品种丰富、形态多样,在古老文明的韩国工艺史上可谓千姿百态。
Based on the Confucianism, the traditional Korean food culture has made great attainments. Moral rules such as "family order in age and generation" , "the different positions and functions of male and female" and etc. together with the traditional formalities of the table manners and food processing, which are observed in the diet culture, have encouraged the development of Korean traditional small portable dining table, which is also called Soban in Korea. As an unique traditional furniture, various traditional Soban have emerged for different demands, different occasions and different users. They are numerous in variety and colorful in character.
