两种结构形式藤椅的耐久性试验研究

Research on Durability Tests of Two Typical Structure Rattan Chairs

以两种典型结构形式的棕榈藤藤椅为研究对象,参照国家标准《GB10357.3-89家具力学性能试验——椅凳类强度和耐久性》中规定的试验方法,分别对它们进行了耐久性测试。通过对两种藤椅试样的耐久性试验数据和破坏现象的比较分析,对藤椅的耐久性进行了初步研究,同时,验证了现有家具力学性能试验国家标准中规定的耐久性测试方法对于藤椅的适用性,并提出修改建议。

With a reference to the test method of the national standard named 《GB 10357.3-89 Test of mechanical properties of furniture strength and durability of chairs and stools》 , the paper conducted durability tests for rattan chairs with two typical structure forms. Based on the comparative analysis of test data and failure phenomena between them, the durability of rattan chair was researched. The applicability of test method used in GB10357.3-89 for rattan chair is verified, finally, the author put forward the modification proposals for the test method.
