The variation and developing trend of the wooden furniture adhesives was introduced in this paper. The emphasis was focused on the research progress and development trend of the modified three-formaldehyde glue （urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, phenolic resin adhesives and melamineformaldehyde resin adhesives）, high-performance water-borne polyurethane adhesive, renewable resources of adhesive and hot melt adhesive.
