摘要
绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的一个重要环节,是组织实现战略目标的有效控制手段。建立一套科学动态并行之有效的绩效管理系统是企业提高竞争力的重要源泉,对我国家具企业未来的发展尤为重要。笔者首先从家具行业、家具企业、家具企业文化入手,分析了绩效管理系统对企业库存管理、提升企业管理水平等方面的重要意义;并基于"企业发展要选合适的模式"的原则提出了家具企业构建绩效管理系统的建议和解决方案。
The performance management is an important part of human resources management and also an effective mean to achieve strategic objectives. To establish a scientific and effective performance management system is an important source for the enterprises to improve competitiveness, if is also particularly important for the future development of China's furniture industry. Started from the furniture industry, furniture companies and corporate culture, the paper analyzed the significance of the performance management in improving stock management and enterprise management. Finally, based on the principle of the enterprise should choose the right mode to improve the development, the author proposes suggestions and solutions to build the performance management system of furniture enterprises.
