光子祛斑嫩肤后局部外用湿润烧伤膏的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of MEBO Topically Applied on Postoperative Wound of Freckle-removal and Skin Rejuvenation Laser Surgery

目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在光子祛斑嫩肤后局部外用对皮肤恢复状况的疗效。方法将60例激光祛斑术后的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组创面涂抹MEBO,每6h一次,共应刚1d～2 d;对照组创面仪在治疗后冷敷0.5 h～1h。观察两组在术后的止痛效果、创面愈合时间、色素沉着及其消退等方面的疗效。结果治疗组创面愈合时间、术后疼痛程度与对照组比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),色素沉着与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗光子祛斑嫩肤术后创而疗效显著,使用方便,可促进创面愈合,无明显副作用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of MEBO topically applied to repair facial skin after the freckle-re-moval and skin rejuvenation laser surgery. Methods After freckle-removal laser surgery, sixty patients were randomly di-vided into two groups evenly：a treatment group and a control group. The wounds in the treatment group were smeared with MEBO, changed dressing every six hours and lasted for 1～2 days;while in the control group, the wounds were given cold compress for 0. 5～1 hour. The analgesic effect, wound healing time, hyperpigmentation and disappearance of hyperpigmen-tation and etc. between the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the wound healing time and postoperation pain in the treatment group have significant difference （P〈0. 01） and hyperpigmentation in the treatment group has difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion MEBO has significant efficacy in treating postoperative wounds of freckle-removal and skin rejuvenation laser surgery. It is user-friendly and can promote wound healing without obvious side effects.
