大学生就业与家庭背景关系研究——基于一个毕业生群体样本的调查分析

Study on the Relationship between College Graduates' Employment and their Family Background——a research based on a group of college graduates

影响大学生就业的因素很多,其中家庭背景是不可忽略的因素之一。通过研究一个完整的毕业生群体样本,分析毕业生父母职业类型、家庭经济背景与毕业生单位性质、起薪、初次就业满意度的关系,进而研究家庭背景对大学生就业的影响作用与影响机制,以期能为如何破解大学生就业难问题提供一些建议。

Among the many factors that affect college graduates＇ employment, family background is one that cannot be ignored. With a complete group of college graduates as a sample and by using the methods of documenting and researching, the paper analyses the relationship between the job types, starting salaries and satisfaction of colleges graduates＇ first jobs and their parents＇ occupations as well as their family economy; and then, it studies the influences family background has on their career and how the influences work, in the hope of offering some advice for the solution to the employment problems of college graduates.
