培养现代农业创业人才的学生工作探索——以浙江农林大学为例

Discovery in bringing up modern agriculture Entrepreneurial students——Zhejiang A & F University for Example

随着社会经济的发展,现代农业创业人才的培养不仅能促进我国国民经济的发展,而且有利于解决"三农"问题,同时也是建设生态性创业型本科院校的一项迫切任务。目前,农业创业人员文化水平普遍较低,不能满足现代农业发展对人才的需求。作为以农林学科为特色的高校,近几年浙江农林大学不断推进农业创业人才的培养工作,主要从学校规划、课程设置、创业园建设、实践基地及创业课程的开设等方面进行了实践探索。

With the development of social economy, bringing up modern agriculture entrepreneurial talent can not only promote economy growth, solve problems about ＇Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry＇, but also be an urgent task for building ecological and entrepreneurial university. Currently, the general educational level of the agricultural staffs is relatively lower, which can not meet the need of modern agriculture developments. As an agriculture and forestry university, ZheJiang A＆F University promoted training of agriculture entrepreneurial talents in recent years, mainly explored and practiced in college planning, courses setting, business incubator building, practice base, business incubator course and so on.
