摘要
职业核心能力培养模式应具备可操作性和普适性,并易予以有效、具体的评价。文章认为职业核心能力训练重视个体能力具体的发展和提高。这不仅仅需要专门的课程来实现,还应当把训练融入公共课、专业课甚至一切的校园文化实践活动中,结合理论与实践的思考,提出预先确立基于思维和行为习惯的评价指标,以项目为桥梁,促使职业核心能力知识的显性化向内化的过渡,并生成所期望的能力行为。同时,还要依据教学情境和教学效果对评价指标不断地循环修正,从而更合理地实现职业核心能力的培养和测评,提高模式的有效性。
The occupation core ability training mode should be operability, universal, and easy to effectively evaluate. The occupation core ability training focuses on individual capacity development. This not only need for specialized courses, but also incorporating training into public class, professional courses and even all the campus cultural practice, combining the thinking of theory and practice, putting forward evaluation index which was based on the behavior of the habit of thinking beforehand, internalizing the explicitness of knowledge of occupation core abilities,by the teaching project, generating the desired capacity, and redesigning the evaluation index according to the teaching effectiveness, in order to form and evaluate occupation core abilities more reasonably and improve the effectiveness of the mode.
