Waste Gas Emission and Treatment during Coatings Manufacture and Coating

近期北京及不少地区雾霾天气严重,控制大气污染产生及其防治措施各界都在关注。粉尘、挥发性有机物(VOCs)是PM2.5中的成分,因此减少涂料生产及涂装过程中废气的产生和排放是非常重要的。本论文对涂料生产和涂装过程废气常用的治理方法及特点等进行了综述。

In several days, the fog and haze weather was very serious in Beijing and many areas. The whole society focuses on air pollution control and prevention measures. The main components of PM2.5 are dust and VOCs. Therefore, it is very important to reduce the production and emission of waste gas during the coatings manufacture and coating process. In this paper, the common treatment methods and characteristics of waste gas during the coatings manufacture and coating process are summarized.
