摘要
以丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等为主要单体,用溶液聚合的方法合成丙烯酸酯树脂并进行环氧树脂改性,得到的改性水性丙烯酸酯树脂与氨基树脂交联固化得到丙烯酸酯树脂涂料。探究了各种因素对产品性能的影响,并解决了水稀释型树脂用水稀释时出现黏度峰值的问题。结果表明:溶剂比为1∶(0.9~1.4),甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯单体用量10%左右,分子量调节剂——巯基乙醇用量2%~2.5%,可以避免水可稀释黏度峰的出现。用含量为20%~30%的E-20改性后的水性丙烯酸酯树脂与氨基树脂配比为1∶0.6,在180℃下高温烘烤15 min,可得到性能较佳的玻璃用涂料产品。
With acrylic acid, styrene, methyl methacrylate etc. as epoxy modified waterborne acrylic which was synthesized by major monomers, acrylic ester resin coatings was obtained from solution polymerization, being cross-linked and solidified with amino resin. This paper explored a range of factors that influence on properties of resin product and solved the problem of peak viscosity when the resin is diluted by water. The result indicated that water-reducible peak viscosity could be avoided when the ratio of solvent and water amount was 1 : 0.9 to 1 : 1.4; lsobornyl methacrylate and chain transfer agent-thioethylene accounted for 10%, 2%-2.5%, respectively. In addition, the optimum E-20 addition was 20%-30%; the optimum ratio of acrylic resin and amino resin amount was 1 : 0.6.The final product with good performance was obtained by baking at temperature 180 ℃,15 minutes.
