塞来昔布合成的研究与表征

Synthesis and characterization of 4-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-3- (trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]-benzene sulfonamide

以对甲基苯乙酮、对磺酰胺苯肼盐酸盐、三氟乙酸乙酯等为原料,通过克莱森酯缩合合成1-(甲苯基-4,4,4-三氟-1,3丁二酮)中间体,再经过脱水成吡唑环,最终合成了非甾体抗炎镇痛药塞来昔布,化合物结构用FT-IR和1HNMR进行了表征。并对缩合剂碱的选择、用量,溶剂,反应温度和时间的选择进行了讨论。

4-[ 5-（4-methylphenyl） -3-（ trifluoromethyl ） -1H-pyrazol-1 -yl~ -benzene sulfonamide was synthesized from para-methyl-acetophenone and ethyl trifluoroaeetate. The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by means of FT-IR and 1HNMR. The effects of the amount of base, solventt, the reaction temperature and time on the yield of the product were investigated.
