Jailed Balloon Technique:保护分支的意义 被引量:3

摘要 分叉病变是冠状动脉介入治疗领域的难点,围术期并发症(包括分支闭塞、急性血栓形成)难以避免,近期预后较差(包括再狭窄和支架血栓发生多见)。已有的临床研究因为入选及排除标准不一致,造成解读这些研究结果存在较大偏差。针对防治分叉病变介入术中并发症的研究较少,但是几种防治分支血管闭塞的技术已经逐步得以推广。本期《中国介入心脏病学杂志》刊发的李成祥及盖鲁粤等的文章中,分别介绍了两种保护分支血管的技术,对于分叉病变中防治分支血管闭塞具有重要的实用价值。
